Charity Constitution
The charity is originally established in 1996 under name Medical Refuge. The name is changed to Biomedic Foundation in early 2003 to reflect a much larger objective of the extended constitution stating:
- To the relief of sickness, both physical and mental, incorporating traditional and holistic or complementary methods.
- To undertake research into the integration of traditional Allopathic and Complementary, Alternative and Naturopathic medical methodologies, and to develop educational programmes and related activities for the benefit of the public at large.
- To establish hospitals, clinics, centres and other medical institutions that will further these objectives.
- The present focus of Biomedic Foundation are Postgraduate Courses of Bioregulatory Medicine.
- Trustees of the Biomedic Foudation : Mr David Lawson, Mr B Kecman, Dr T Bosh and Dr D A Shakambet (current chair of the trustee board)
